Marine Lubricant Global Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business with major international shipowners and ship
- management companies.
- Expand Marine Lubricants overseas sales and distribution network.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales growth targets.
- Support the development and optimization of lubricant supply capabilities at
- strategic global ports.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to formulate
- sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality customer service and solutions.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering. Marine Studies
- or a related field.
- Minimum 5 vears of experience in marine business development, preferably within the lubricant, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development within the marine sector is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
