Marine Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marine Sales Manager to join our client's growing team within the marine waste management industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities related to:
- Sludge and garbage disposal services for vessels at terminals and shipyards
- Sludge tanker discharge services from terminals to chemical processing plants
- Sludge and garbage disposal services for naval vessels at Port and Shipyard
The role will involve:
- Liaising closely with ship owners, ship management companies, and ship agents to promote the company’s marine waste management services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to secure long-term business opportunities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the marine and offshore industry
- Preparing quotations, service proposals, and coordinating operational requirements with internal teams
- Supporting business growth initiatives and market expansion activities

Requirements
- Experience in marine sales, shipping, port operations, waste management, or related maritime industries
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and develop new business opportunities
- Familiarity with marine industry stakeholders such as ship owners, ship agents, and shipyards will be advantageous
- Candidates with proven business development capabilities within the maritime sector will have added advantages and growth opportunities
