The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for turning marketing and customer data into actionable insights that drive business growth and improve decision-making. The role involves tracking key metrics, analyzing customer behavior, building dashboards, and providing strategic recommendations to support the marketing team. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, technical skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the following (Key Responsibilities):

  • Monitor Organizational Metrics: Track key metrics such as eMAU, growth, usage, and other customer-related KPIs.
  • Provide Insights for Decision-Making: Deliver actionable insights to enable data-driven decisions across the marketing and customer teams.
  • Understand Customer Profiles & Behavior: Analyze transactional and engagement data to guide marketing strategies.
  • Embed Data into Team Workflows: Ensure analytics are integrated into the daily operations and planning of the customer team.
  • Develop Dashboards & Forecasts: Build performance dashboards, business forecasts, and tools to monitor marketing performance.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide data-backed recommendations to improve marketing strategies and overall business performance.

We are looking for (Key Qualifications):

  • Education: Degree in Business Analytics or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data or marketing analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL; basic understanding of Python or R; strong data visualization skills.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Behavioral Skills: Ability to work collaboratively, embed data in processes, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
