Market Operations and Demand Specialist

Main responsibilities

  • Provide regular stock and coverage level monitoring, timely highlighting risks and opportunities and corrective action proposals
  • Guarantee regular update of material master data, perform merchandise transfers and support SAP ERP system settings
  • Support COE Distribution for inventory physical counts and monitoring of third party logistic performance
  • Ensure data consistency and develop, track and refine Operation KPIs, participating in SCM dashboard design with BTS counterpart
  • Monitor demand projection and fp incomings, optimize stock levels and minimize obsolescence and excess levels
  • Participate to monthly product Sales and planning meeting, acting as logistic expert partner and being point of contact between business and Global Supply Chain planners
  • Taking part in quarterly inventory reserve calculation and act as point of reference for fp inventories
  • Cooperate with QA and Regulatory Depts
  • University degree in Economics
  • At least 3 years experience in a Finance role with a focus on Supply Chain/Cost Accounting
  • Knowledge of pharma business is considered as a plus
  • Ability to analyze data and draw down key conclusions and actions
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP ERP
  • Used to matrix and multinational environment;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
