ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Interviews prospective Management Candidates
- Works with the regions Managing Partners to recruit management candidates for his/her market
- Ensures that Legendary Food and Service is being executed daily in his/her restaurants
- Conduct MP, SMU, and KM outings
- Conducts weekly conference calls with Managing Partners Partners with Managing Partners to develop annual sales and profit budgets
- Partners with Real Estate manager to find sites for new restaurant locations
- Partners with Regional Marketing manager to build sales and relationships in their respective market
- Partners with Training Manager and Product Coach and MIT Training Center Managing Partner to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service is taught to each new employee and manager
- Partners with Managing Partner and Managers to ensure managers and key hourly staffs are being developed on a consistent basis
- Oversees all guest and employee relation issues for their market
- Reviews and approves all budgets, expense reports, and pre-opening expense
- Ensures that the market is fostering Texas Roadhouse culture and core values; passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose.
- Oversees company contests such as, line dancing competition, real bar, meat cutter competition, etc.
- Ensures that all training centers in the market are graduating well trained employees
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Experience: Vice President, Multi-unit level, or Director of Operations
Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
