Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Corporate Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales and marketing efforts, providing essential administrative and coordination support to both our sales team and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be customer-service oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Process and manage customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

•Liaise with corporate customers regarding training course orders and delivery arrangements, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.

•Ensure accurate and timely processing of all sales orders.

•Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly, adhering to company financial procedures.

•Consolidate sales data, orders, and invoices for comprehensive reporting and billing purposes.

•Order &PO Management, handle the end-to-end processing of Purchase Orders (POs),ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all sales orders.

•Verify supporting documents meticulously before invoicing to prevent discrepancies.

•Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of all sales and invoicing records.

•Coordinate effectively with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless operational processes.

•Assist in there conciliation of invoices and proactively follow up on any identified discrepancies.

•Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing department.

•Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

•Personal Attributes: Good team player, mature, independent, capable of multi-tasking, initiative-driven, meticulous, proactive, and possessing a positive working attitude.

•Education: Minimum of "O" Level

•Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

•Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation.

•Language Skills: Preferably bi-lingual to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

•Work Ethic: Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

•Availability: Ability to start work within short notice is an advantage.

•Experience: No prior experience is welcome to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
