Marketing and Communications Strategist

About Us

We are a Singapore-based family office supporting a diverse portfolio of investments and business interests across multiple sectors. We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and bilingual content development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage internal and external communications materials, including presentations, reports, speeches, newsletters, and marketing collateral
• Coordinate communications with business partners, external agencies, and senior stakeholders
• Translate and adapt written materials between English and Chinese while maintaining accuracy, tone, and context
• Support branding, media relations, and corporate events where required
• Prepare briefing materials and communication documents for meetings with corporate partners and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels
• Assist with research, market intelligence, and content preparation for strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Translation, or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations, corporate affairs, translation, or related functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, as the role involves translating documents and communicating with Chinese-speaking business partners and stakeholders
• Experience supporting senior management or working with multinational corporations, institutional partners, or senior stakeholders is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common communication tools

Preferred Experience

• Experience in corporate communications, investor relations, private investment environments, or professional services
• Experience handling bilingual business communications and translations
• Familiarity with cross-border communications and stakeholder engagement
