About the role

Join the dynamic marketing team at Bellus Group Pte Ltd as a Marketing Assistant in our Woodlands North Region office. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in supporting our Sales & Marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
  • Support on creation and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, email, newsletters and other collateral as required
  • Coordinate and manage marketing events, campaigns and promotions,
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Engagement with Customers and upkeep of various showrooms
  • Attending to queries on products from various sources
  • Collaterals Inventory management
  • Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team

What we're looking for

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum 1 Year in relevant job scope
  • Well Versed in written & spoken Mandarin & English
  • Proven experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role, preferably within the {Marketing & Communications} industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using marketing and design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and social media platforms and in Microsoft office
