Marketing Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s construction services and projects.

  • Prepare company profiles, capability statements, project portfolios, and presentation materials.

  • Assist in business development activities, client engagement, and relationship management.

  • Support tender submissions by coordinating marketing documents, visuals, and project references.

  • Coordinate branding and promotional activities to enhance company visibility in the industry.

Project Coordination & Client Liaison

  • Work closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate project-related marketing matters.

  • Attend meetings, site visits, and project briefings when required.

  • Prepare progress updates, project showcases, and marketing reports for management.

  • Coordinate photography, videography, and documentation of completed and ongoing projects.
