MARKETING ASSISTANT [PPA2-001-04]

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in crafting marketing campaigns from initial brainstorming through to execution
• Manage social media pages including posting, community engagement, and brand presence
• Create compelling content including captions, emailers, and marketing copy across platforms
• Track campaign performance using dashboards and analytics to identify what works
• Support photo shoots, video production, and event coverage both on and off camera
• Stay ahead of marketing trends and apply fresh digital ideas to ongoing campaigns
• Assist in organising marketing events and workshops to grow brand reach and networks
• Support administrative tasks related to campaigns including contest management and reporting
• Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team regularly
• Gain real hands-on marketing experience in a dynamic and supportive environment

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• A creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ideas and approaches
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided
