Requirements
• HND/BSc with a minimum of Upper Credit or Second Class Lower (2:2)
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities
• Market retail banking products and services
• Handle cheque pickups and revenue collection activities
• Prepare call memos and target market lists
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide support
• Assist with loan documentation processes
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Unit Head
