Your opportunity

At the heart of our work is a commitment to creating positive change, as our Marketing Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in connecting our mission with the communities we serve; partnering with business units to shape and deliver integrated marketing initiatives that align with organisational priorities and create measurable outcomes.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role driving impactful marketing initiatives and project, project managing marketing and communications that is audience-led and insight-driven, while building trusted relationships and elevating how we connect, engage and make a difference.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Act as the primary marketing partner for assigned business units, building strong and trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide marketing advice aligned to organisational priorities and guide stakeholders toward effective, audience-led approaches.
  • Translate business needs into clear project plans, ensuring clarity on outcomes, audiences and success measures and covering messaging, channels, timelines and performance metrics.
  • Develop integrated campaign plans covering messaging, channels, timelines and performance metrics.
  • Lead end-to-end project coordination, from planning and direction through to execution and completion in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Coordinate with specialist teams (digital, content, brand, communications) to deliver projects and initiatives effectively and on time.
  • Oversee a portfolio of marketing activity, balancing competing priorities and maintaining visibility of upcoming work.
  • Monitor and report on performance, providing insights, measuring against KPIs and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements for success

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, campaign delivery, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders or business units, building strong and effective relationships.
  • Experience in campaign planning and coordination, ideally across multiple channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured, strategic marketing plans.
  • Solid campaign management capability, including planning, coordination and delivery.
  • Confidence interpreting campaign performance data and metrics to drive insights and improvement.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
