Marketing Campaign Specialist
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of new user acquisition, rewards, referral, and growth campaigns across global markets. This includes market research, competitive analysis, campaign design, copywriting, stakeholder coordination, product and design collaboration, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Develop innovative incentive mechanisms, engagement strategies, and growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and business growth.
Leverage data analysis and user insights to continuously optimize reward structures, campaign performance, and growth efficiency, ensuring sustainable improvement of key business metrics.
Monitor industry trends, emerging growth tactics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices in user acquisition and referral marketing.
Demonstrate strong user empathy and market understanding to design compelling campaign experiences and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Develop a deep understanding of acquisition channels and platform ecosystems across different markets, including user characteristics, conversion funnels, and growth opportunities.
Partner closely with Acquisition, Product, CRM, Marketing, BD, and regional teams to design and execute localized growth campaigns tailored to specific channel and market needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment, timely execution, and high-quality delivery across functions and regions.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Campaign Marketing, User Growth, CRM, or related fields. Experience in FinTech, brokerage, trading, or financial services is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, growth frameworks, and user lifecycle management, with the ability to independently drive large-scale campaigns from concept to execution.
Deep knowledge of trading products, financial markets, and investor behavior is preferred. Personal investment experience in equities, options, derivatives, or other financial products is a strong plus.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills. Ability to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
