Marketing & Communication Coordinator
This is a remote position.
The Marketing & Communication Coordinator is responsible for the seamless execution of the company’s internal and external communication strategies. This role focuses on maintaining a unified brand voice across all media, coordinating marketing campaigns, and managing high-level media relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all digital and print materials adhere to established brand guidelines and visual identity.
Content Coordination: Develop, write, and edit content for newsletters, press releases, social media, and corporate reports.
Project Management: Maintain marketing schedules and editorial calendars to ensure all deadlines are met across departments.
Media Relations: Act as a point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to external stakeholders.
Digital Presence: Monitor and update corporate website content and social media platforms to drive engagement and lead generation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate a blend of technical marketing skills and exceptional organizational abilities.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a communications or marketing role
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarization with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools.
Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and interpret marketing data to measure the success of ongoing campaigns.
Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
