YOUR MISSION: Responsible for the marketing & communication strategy to develop Maison turnover on all product categories. Manage product marketing for all categories in scope, drive communication investments and local PR strategy in order to optimize the Maison reputation and visibility / exclusivity. Also manage digital marketing activities. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive Maison turnover across all product categories. - Lead product marketing initiatives for all categories, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy. - Drive communication investments and local PR strategies to enhance Maison's reputation, visibility, and exclusivity. - Oversee digital marketing activities, ensuring integration with broader marketing efforts. - Develop tactical plans to optimize resources and assets within the department. - Propose and manage annual business plans, including financial and headcount budgets, and set business targets such as revenue and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Communicate and implement the function's strategy and business plan, motivating team members to achieve business goals. - Manage the development and delivery of specific marketing areas, products, or services. - Build and maintain relationships with significant customers and manage a sales department. - Develop a personal network of senior managers within the business sector, representing the organization at events to gather market intelligence and promote the brand. - Manage departmental budget plans, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources. - Provide expert advice to senior managers to support policy implementation, projects, and change initiatives. - Identify and manage stakeholder needs and concerns, developing engagement plans to support business communication and decision-making. - Monitor and report on departmental performance, setting objectives for direct reports and ensuring accountability. - Evaluate staff capabilities, identify development needs, and implement development frameworks to build the organization's talent pool. - Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth and development. - Ensure all activities comply with the company's diversity and inclusion guidelines. - Maintain a Master's Degree or equivalent level of education and possess extensive experience in providing expert competence. - Demonstrate experience in planning, managing, and organizing resources within short to medium timescales, adhering to the overall policy framework.
