Marketing Communications Manager

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to strengthen brand awareness, support business growth, and drive agent recruitment.

· Lead the planning and execution of corporate branding strategy, events, sponsorships, CSR initiatives, and internal engagement programmes.

· Oversee content creation, ensuring consistency and quality across digital, print, video, and corporate communications.

· Manage marketing campaigns across events, social media, email marketing, and retargeting channels, with a focus on performance optimisation and ROI.

· Grow the company's digital presence and followers across multiple English and Chinese social media platforms.

· Work closely with senior management, agency leaders, business units, external vendors, media partners, and creative agencies to deliver organisational objectives.

· Analyse campaign performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.

· Allocate budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

· Support the development and implementation of new marketing initiatives, leveraging digital tools, AI, and emerging technologies where relevant.

· Mentor the marketing, design and video teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to expected quality standards.

· Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related discipline.

· 6to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or branding.

· Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and campaign analytics.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for content creation and stakeholder engagement.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently in a lean and dynamic team.

· Prior people management or team leadership experience is preferred.
