We're looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Marketing Coordinator who will help bring our brands to life across both hotels and their food & beverage outlets.
Your role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will support and execute marketing initiatives across Ghent Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Ghent, and their restaurants and bars.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Commercial Team, hotel departments, and external partners, you will help bring our brands to life across digital, social and offline channels while ensuring all marketing activities align with Marriott brand standards and commercial objectives.
No two days are the same. One day you may be coordinating a photoshoot, the next analysing campaign performance, managing social media content, supporting an event launch, or developing new promotional materials.
What you'll be doing:
  • Create engaging content and campaigns across social media, websites, email marketing and other digital channels.
  • Manage social media platforms, content calendars, online communities and guest engagement.
  • Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, creative projects and collaborations with external partners.
  • Maintain and optimise website content, promotions, offers and direct booking initiatives.
  • Support PR activities, local partnerships, events, influencer collaborations and employer branding projects.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints, communications and marketing materials.
  • Support digital advertising initiatives across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor marketing performance, analyse campaign results and identify opportunities to improve visibility, engagement and revenue.
Who we're looking for
You're someone who combines creativity with strong organisational skills and enjoys transforming ideas into impactful marketing initiatives.
Essential qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Photography, videography or graphic design skills.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of reputation management platforms and online review channels.
