Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to two senior marketing executives: the SVP, Creative (Bravo & Peacock) and the SVP, Integrated Marketing & Symphony. This role serves as a critical partner to the leadership team, helping manage day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and develop executive-ready notes, presentations and documentation.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and enjoy bringing structure and clarity to complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for two executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative needs.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, notes, and follow-up documentation.
- Serve as a key point of coordination across Marketing, Creative, Programming, Product, Communications, Research, and other NBCUniversal teams.
- Assist with event planning, team meetings, offsites, and executive presentations.
- Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc assignments from leadership.
Presentation Development & Communications
- Build and maintain high-quality materials (documents, presentations) for meetings based on guidance and input from leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Translate ideas, notes, and data into clear, compelling documentation.
- Create and maintain recurring documentation, trackers, reports, and organizational tools.
- Ensure materials are polished, accurate, and aligned with company standards and brand guidelines.
- Conduct research, compile competitive intelligence, and prepare summary materials as needed.
Project Coordination & Marketing Operations
- Support planning and execution of key marketing initiatives across departments.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate information gathering across multiple teams and consolidate updates into executive-ready formats.
Basic Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in marketing, media, or entertainment space

- Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline and pressure, and can pivot priorities with ease

- Proficient in developing polished presentations, documents, and trackers using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
