Who You Are

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional looking to gain experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including lead management, digital marketing, communications, content coordination, social media, and campaign execution.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing inbound marketing leads, coordinating marketing activities, maintaining marketing systems, and providing administrative and project support across the team. You will work closely with Sales, Product Development, Channel Marketing, and Communications to help ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to three years of experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about marketing.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and process all inbound marketing leads received through the website, email campaigns, events, and other marketing channels.
  • Qualify, route, and assign leads to the appropriate Sales representatives within Salesforce (or CRM) according to established processes.
  • Monitor lead response times and follow up on outstanding lead assignments to ensure timely engagement.
  • Maintain CRM data quality by updating lead, contact, and account information.
  • Generate basic lead and campaign reports for the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Assist with the creation, scheduling, and distribution of marketing communications.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and sales support resources.
  • Support website updates, content publishing, and basic content management.
  • Assist with organizing webinars, customer events, trade shows, and internal marketing activities.
  • Coordinate marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign schedules.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and organize marketing assets.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, purchase requests, invoice tracking, and budget administration.
  • Help maintain marketing resource libraries and digital asset management systems.
  • Support the onboarding of new marketing tools, templates, and processes as needed.
  • Track marketing campaign performance using established dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Assist in compiling monthly marketing metrics and performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, lead management workflows, and team efficiency.
  • Stay current on marketing trends and best practices while continuously building marketing knowledge and skills.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of marketing experience (internships and co-op experience considered an asset).
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing, digital marketing, and sales support.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation platforms, or content management systems is considered an asset.
  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, or website content management is an asset.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, commercial interiors, or building products is considered an asset but not required.
