Marketing Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse social media and marketing performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, follower growth, audience behaviour, and content interaction patterns.

  • Track, compile, and report content performance data to identify trends, high-performing content, low-performing content, and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare marketing analytics reports and observations to support content planning, campaign optimisation, and social media strategy.

  • Review digital campaign results and provide insights on audience response, content effectiveness, and platform performance.

  • Support the interpretation of marketing data to identify opportunities for improving content engagement and campaign performance.

Content Creation & Media Support

  • Assist with content shoots, media organisation, and video editing for digital and social media use.

  • Assist with graphic editing and ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Support the management of multilingual content, including translation tasks where required.

Social Media Coordination & Community Management

  • Schedule and monitor social media content to ensure timely and accurate publishing.

  • Support community management by monitoring audience interactions, comments, messages, and engagement trends.
