I’m currently partnering with a highly established and respected B2B technology business that is entering a genuinely exciting phase of growth in the UK. With decades of success, a strong international footprint, and an impressive enterprise client base already in place, the foundations are there. What’s needed now is a marketing leader to build the engine that takes it to the next level.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s an opportunity to step into a position where you will own, shape, and define the entire marketing function, with a very clear focus on revenue, demand generation, and future-facing AI strategy.
The Opportunity
This business operates in a complex, high-value B2B space where the market is ready for disruption. There is huge untapped potential in the UK, with growth currently driven by referrals and outbound activity. Your role will be to build a scalable, modern marketing function that consistently generates high-quality inbound pipeline.
You’ll be the key driver behind how the business goes to market, working closely with leadership and sales to connect marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role is all about building and delivering a high-performing demand generation engine.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Owning end-to-end B2B lead generation strategy, from targeting through to conversion
* Driving inbound growth across SEO, paid media, content, and campaign activity
* Leading AI adoption across marketing and sales workflows, identifying where it can add real commercial value
* Managing and collaborating with an external agency to deliver scalable campaigns
* Supporting the sales team with high-quality leads, insight, and enablement materials
* Continuously testing, optimising, and improving performance across key metrics
You’ll sit at the heart of the revenue function, working closely with sales to ensure everything marketing does directly impacts pipeline and growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven background in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within a technical or data-led environment
* Strong track record of delivering lead generation and demand generation campaigns
* Experience working closely with sales and understanding how to drive pipeline
* Hands-on experience using AI tools in a marketing setting, with the ability to apply them commercially
* A strategic mindset when it comes to AI, not just using tools but shaping how they are adopted
* Confident across platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and paid channels
* A data-led approach with a focus on performance, optimisation, and ROI
