We are seeking a forward‑thinking Marketing Director to lead our brand and growth agenda, driving end‑to‑end strategies that deliver sustainable growth and resonate with diverse consumers.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement above-the-line brand marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Plan and lead on trade marketing activities to drive sales and customer activation
- Forecast, plan, and develop products and point-of-sale materials (POSM) to support marketing and sales objectives
- Conduct sales analysis and market research to generate actionable marketing intelligence and reporting
- Manage a portfolio of brands to ensure sustainable long-term growth aligned with company objectives
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities through innovation or partnerships.
- Oversee management and compliance of licensed brands within the portfolio
- Lead and develop the local marketing team to build competencies and deliver expected business results
- Collaborate effectively with advertising, media, and promotion agencies to maximize campaign impact
- Apply strong analytical and organizational skills to plan and execute marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10–12 years of marketing or commercial experience, including 3–4 years in senior management or leadership roles preferably in FMCG or a multinational environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
