Marketing Executive (Campaigns)
Responsibilities:
Campaign Marketing
- Support the execution of 360 marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales from new and current customers to TANGS stores and e-commerce channels
- Execution includes campaign ideation, creative, activations & events, digital marketing, PR, KOL, advertising, communications, and more.
- Key marketer in charge of marketing initiatives for Beauty concept and segment marketing.
- Tracking and analysis of results and insights in digital marketing, social media, and in-store promotions and activations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist with budget and expense tracking and keeping accurate records and processing.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Support with alignment among the Integrated Marketing functions (Social Media, CRM) in the execution of key festive campaigns to drive common objectives and goals.
- Coordinate with internal business stakeholders such as Merchandising and E-commerce to execute marketing activities and communications that achieve business and brand objectives.
Communications
- Ownership of the calendar of TANGS communications channels to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Copywriting for marketing collateral, including e-dms, brochures, OOH, online banners, and more.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners such as design, photographer, PR, events,media, KOL; and liaison with landlords.
- Work with in-house design team to develop creatives that are in line with TANGS’ brand positioning.
Requirements, Skills & Experience
- At least 2+ years experience in consumer marketing
- Experience from industries such as retail, shopping mall, F&B, fashion, beauty, home, would be advantageous
- Excellent project leadership and project management skills and ability to juggle between projects and priorities
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to write copy for different purposes and audiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, social media management, creating presentations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative and capacity to work under pressure.
- Desire to explore new ideas and ways of doing things with a can't-is-not-an-option attitude.
- Strong work ethic and integrity, maintaining timeliness, discipline, and professionalism.
