The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing <\/span>marketing campaigns for <\/span>events that engage stakeholders and managing media communication to strengthen the brand\u2019s public image.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Event Management:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing<\/span> strategy<\/span> <\/span>for <\/span>events, conferences, workshops, and outreach programs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Work with internal teams to design event marketing materials, digital promotions, and attendee engagement campaigns.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Track event performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for future events.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Public Relations:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Support PR strategy and execution, including drafting press releases, media notes, and communication materials.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Coordinate media coverage for key organizational initiatives and events.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor media and industry trends to <\/span>identify<\/span> PR opportunities and potential risks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Brand Communication:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure consistent brand messaging across events and public communications.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Collaborate with the content and digital teams to amplify <\/span>event<\/span> and PR activities on online platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist in developing marketing <\/span>collateral<\/span> such as brochures, press kits, and presentations.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Qualifications and Experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
