Marketing Executive
About the Role
Cloud Restaurant Group runs aportfolio of F&B brands, with more launching soon. We're looking forsomeone to take ownership of the social media and community side across them —IG and TikTok, content, and actually engaging with the people following theseaccounts.
You'll work closely with thestakeholders/marketing lead, who will guide overall strategy and campaigndirection — your focus is on planning the content engine, executing it well,and helping us understand what's working through research and reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Planning & Creation
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for Instagram andTikTok, balancing community-building content with occasional reservation-drivenposts
• Shoot and edit photos and videos (Reels/TikTok-styleshort-form content) for daily posting
• Generate fresh content ideas based on what's happeningin the cafe, seasonal moments, and trends
• Write captions and copy in a warm, conversational toneconsistent with our brand voice
• Analyse performance and fine-tune the content type andpillar
Campaign Execution
• Execute marketing campaigns based on briefs anddirection from the marketing lead — timelines, content rollout, coordinationacross channels
• Track campaign performance and flag what's working (ornot) as it happens
KOL & Creator Coordination
• Manage outreach, scheduling, and on-site hosting forKOLs and content creators visiting the cafe
• Be the point of contact during their visit — briefingthem, ensuring a smooth experience, and following up on content
Trends & Market Research
• Stay on top of social media trends (formats, audio,challenges) and bring relevant ones to the team
• Conduct light market research — competitor activity,industry trends, customer sentiment — and compile findings into simple reportswith your observations
What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, orcontent creation (F&B/lifestyle experience is a plus)
• A self-starter who can take initiative and manageday-to-day content output with minimal supervision
• Comfortable shooting and editing photo/video contentfor social platforms (CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, Canva)
• Strong understanding of IG and TikTok — how contentperforms, what formats work, and why
• Good written communication — able to write in afriendly, natural tone
• Organised and able to coordinate with multiple people(creators, vendors, internal team) at once
Nice to Have
• Experience running or supporting paid social ads(Meta/TikTok Ads Manager)
• Existing network of food/lifestyle content creators inSingapore
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
