Job Summary
Drive business growth by managing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating installations, and delivering technical support in architectural and construction materials sales.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to support business development
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for tenders and projects to secure new contracts
- Collaborate with the legal team to draft and finalize supply contracts ensuring compliance and clarity
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to schedule and oversee product installations as required
- Generate progress and market analysis reports on a regular basis to inform strategic decisions
- Provide high-level technical support to customers to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
- Conduct proactive business development activities to identify and engage new clients
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Architectural, Construction, Building Materials, or related fields
- Established network of previous clients to leverage for business opportunities
- Proficient with technology tools and able to quickly adapt to new digital platforms
- Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a flexible start-up environment, demonstrating creative problem-solving
- Experience managing large-scale projects and government tenders
- Leadership skills to guide teams and projects effectively
- Mandarin speaking ability
- Valid driving license
