Marketing Executive

SUMMARY

The Marketing Executive supports planning and executing marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors across multiple channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
  • Create and manage content for social media, website, email marketing, and promotional materials to support marketing objectives
  • Coordinate marketing activities, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives to maximize outreach
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports to inform strategy adjustments
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and support business development
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications to strengthen brand identity


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms to effectively support campaigns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for marketing documentation and reporting
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools to create marketing visuals and materials is an advantage
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently to meet marketing goals
