Marketing Executive
Job description
Assist in the execution and preparation of marketing materials and campaign collaterals for print and digital platforms, including website updates, microsite content, social media posts, and approved visual materials.
Provide coordination and operational support for marketing activities, campaigns, launches, and approved events, including preparation of materials, basic logistics support, and on-site assistance where required.
Assist with copy adaptation, content preparation, basic translation support (English - Mandarin), and proof reading of approved marketing and communication materials.
Handling routine correspondence and enquiries related to marketing activities, campaigns, and approved announcements under guidance.
Provide operational support in inter-department coordination for marketing related activities, including following up on materials, timelines, and deliverables as directed.
Any other marketing operations support duties as assigned by the superior in accordance with the approved direction and guidelines。
Qualification:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing/Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related Marketing, Communications, and Media or operations equivalent
Skill Required:
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively across teams.
Detail-orientated, resourceful, and positive, with a strong execution mindset
Basic familiarity with design and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe or equivalent) and social media content formatting.
Able to multi task, follow timelines, and execute assigned tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
A team player comfortable with working in a support and execution-focused role, including weekend support for events when required.
