We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive & Personal Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer

We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team in a unique role supporting our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). If you enjoy working at the intersection of marketing, operations, and executive support, this role offers great exposure and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Provide administrative and customer relations support to the CCO

•⁠ ⁠Manage marketing procurement matters for corporate needs

•⁠ ⁠Assist in planning and organising corporate and client events

•⁠ ⁠Conduct research and prepare reports/presentation materials as required

•⁠ ⁠Support ad-hoc projects and assignments directed by the CCO

Key Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent

•⁠ ⁠⁠Good command of spoken & written English

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Zoom, Google Meet, and digital collaboration tools

•⁠ ⁠Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency

•⁠ ⁠Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally-driven environment with frequent virtual coordination

•⁠ ⁠Able to commit to a 5-day in-office work week (9am – 6pm)

It would be a plus if you have:

•⁠ ⁠Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

•⁠ ⁠Prior administrative experience
