Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive (Hospitality/Real Estate Industry) – Singapore
Salary: Up to $45,000 per annum

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support and drive marketing initiatives across our portfolio of restaurants and hospitality brands. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building engaging brand experiences both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Provide marketing support across assigned entities, including restaurants and hotels
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across channels (e.g. sponsorships, media relations, PR, digital marketing, and events)
  • Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Develop and manage field marketing initiatives and marketing collateral
  • Create engaging content (graphics, copywriting, and videos) for both digital and print platforms
  • Manage marketing resources, advertising materials, and promotional assets
  • Execute and support local area marketing initiatives across all outlets
  • Oversee and manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including content planning, posting, and performance tracking
  • Monitor daily social media activity, customer reviews, and feedback, and respond where appropriate
  • Maintain and update brand/store information across digital platforms (e.g. Google, reservation platforms, website, social channels)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners for collaborations, partnerships, and promotional activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, agencies, and relevant authorities
  • Prepare marketing reports, campaign analysis, and presentations
  • Support ad-hoc marketing projects and events as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing role within the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across different teams
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and pride in execution
  • Proactive, resourceful, and constantly seeking improvements
  • Flexible and adaptable to support events and operational needs (including occasional evenings/weekends)
  • Ability to take initiative while also being a strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Professional, customer-focused mindset
