The role focuses on digital campaign execution, lead generation, event coordination, and day\-to\-day marketing operations to enhance Roamtech\u2019s market presence and sales pipeline.<\/span><\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> 1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Campaign Planning & Execution<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.<\/span><\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for ongoing campaigns.<\/span><\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign rollout.<\/span><\/span> 2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Digital Marketing & Lead Generation<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing.<\/span><\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor and report on lead generation metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions).<\/span><\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Contribute to website content updates and SEO optimization.<\/span><\/span> 3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Events & Brand Activations<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan and coordinate marketing events, product demos, and trade shows.<\/span><\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage logistics, invitations, and event marketing materials.<\/span><\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Capture and promote post\-event content and engagement.<\/span><\/span> 4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Market Intelligence & Reporting<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform marketing strategies.<\/span><\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support customer surveys and feedback initiatives.<\/span><\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and dashboards.<\/span><\/span> 5. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Collaboration & Sales Enablement<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with Sales to develop and update marketing collaterals (brochures, decks, one\-pagers).<\/span><\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support alignment between marketing campaigns and sales outreach activities.<\/span><\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in CRM updates and data hygiene for campaign tracking.<\/span><\/span> Qualifications & Competencies<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>4 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B or technology sector.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands\-on experience with digital tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar).<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong project management, coordination, and analytical skills.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent written and verbal communication.<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span><\/span>
