Marketing Executive (Social Media)

<\/span><\/h3>We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented <\/span>Marketing Executive<\/span><\/b> based in Accra to support our local marketing efforts in Ghana. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing on\-ground campaigns, supporting social media initiatives, and ensuring local relevance across all brand activities.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities\n<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>Execute <\/span><\/span>grassroots activations<\/span><\/span>, <\/span><\/span>field campaigns<\/span><\/span>, and support <\/span><\/span>social media publishing and engagement<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Conduct <\/span><\/span>market research<\/span><\/span>, gather <\/span><\/span>local consumer insights<\/span><\/span>, and perform <\/span><\/span>competitor analysis<\/span><\/span> to inform strategy.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Liaise and coordinate with <\/span><\/span>local agencies, vendors, and brand partners<\/span><\/span> to ensure timely execution of campaigns.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Assist with <\/span><\/span>content localisation<\/span><\/span>, including copy adaptation, photo shoots, and cultural review of creative assets.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Monitor and report on <\/span><\/span>campaign performance and local market feedback<\/span><\/span> from the field.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>1\-3 years<\/span><\/span> of experience in marketing, preferably in a consumer\-facing brand.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Excellent <\/span><\/span>written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/span>; must be able to write clearly and adapt to the brand\u2019s tone of voice.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Strong <\/span><\/span>organisational skills<\/span><\/span> with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>A <\/span><\/span>proactive and hands\-on attitude<\/span><\/span>; comfortable participating in on\-ground activations and events as needed.<\/span><\/span>
