WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Support the execution and coordination of regional marketing activities in line with Sector Marketing strategies

  • Assist in the organization and execution of events, exhibitions, internal meetings, and product launches

  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors

  • Execute marketing operational tasks following defined SOPs (including Salesforce Marketing Cloud for lead recording and data management)

  • Support social media and digital content coordination in alignment with Group and Sector guidelines

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and basic reports

  • Coordinate with Global Marketing and Business Units to ensure alignment and timely delivery of assets

  • Support the Sales team with marketing-related requests and ensure proper follow-up

  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities, leads, and documentation

  • Ensure all tasks are executed in a structured, systematic manner and according to provided instructions

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline

  • Good command of English and Thai (both written and spoken)

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and SOPs accurately

  • Well-organized with a structured and systematic working approach

  • Good coordination and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proactive, willing to learn, and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to event coordination or marketing activities

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage

  • Experience working in a multinational or regional environment is a plus
