Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the hospital's neurorehabilitation services, increasing patient acquisition, strengthening the organization's brand, and building strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, NGOs, schools, corporate organizations, and the community. The role requires a combination of field marketing, digital marketing, community engagement, and strategic partnership development to support the hospital's mission of providing quality rehabilitation services.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

1. Community Outreach & Awareness<\/span>

  • Plan and execute community outreach programs, medical camps, awareness sessions, and health education initiatives.<\/span>

  • Build relationships with NGOs, schools, special schools, rehabilitation centers, corporate organizations, and community groups.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate awareness campaigns focusing on neurological disorders, developmental disabilities, stroke rehabilitation, autism, cerebral palsy, and related conditions.<\/span>

  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, and community events.<\/span>

    2. Patient Acquisition & Business Development<\/span>
    <\/h3>
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals and admissions.<\/span>

    • Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure smooth patient engagement.<\/span>

    • Track patient acquisition data and prepare periodic reports.<\/span>

      3. Digital Marketing & Content Management<\/span>

      • Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns.<\/span>

      • Create engaging content including patient success stories, educational posts, videos, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.<\/span>

      • Coordinate with designers and external agencies for branding and campaign execution.<\/span>

      • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.<\/span>

        4. Doctor Liaison & Referral Network<\/span>

        • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.<\/span>

        • Conduct regular visits to referral partners.<\/span>

        • Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meetings, and networking events.<\/span>

        • Ensure timely communication regarding hospital services and specialty programs.<\/span>

          5. Branding & Public Relations<\/span>

          • Promote the hospital's brand across both online and offline channels.<\/span>

          • Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials.<\/span>

          • Support fundraising campaigns and NGO awareness initiatives whenever required.<\/span>

            6. Marketing Analytics & Reporting<\/span>

            • Monitor marketing KPIs including patient inquiries, conversions, referral sources, and campaign ROI.<\/span>

              Qualifications<\/span>

              • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Mass Communication, or related field.<\/span>

              • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.<\/span>

                Experience<\/span>

                • 1\u20133 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital marketing, NGO marketing, or business development.<\/span>

                • Experience in rehabilitation, healthcare, or social sector organizations is preferred.<\/span>
