Role Overview
<\/div>
As the Marketing Head, you will lead our strategic marketing, branding, and digital outreach
<\/div>
efforts. Your primary objective will be to position STEM Learning as the preferred CSR education
<\/div>
implementation partner. You will be responsible for driving performance marketing, managing
<\/div>
brand narratives, and leading high\-impact campaigns to engage CSR stakeholders and
<\/div>
education champions.

Key Responsibilities
<\/div>
\u2022 Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and CSR
<\/div>
objectives.
<\/div>
\u2022 Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google
<\/div>
Ads, with clear ROI tracking and analysis.
<\/div>
\u2022 Build and optimize SEO strategy to enhance organic visibility and lead generation.
<\/div>
\u2022 Lead brand storytelling across all channels, including the website, social media,
<\/div>
presentations, brochures, and video content.
<\/div>
\u2022 Manage and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and
<\/div>
X (Twitter).
<\/div>
\u2022 Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and performance metrics using tools such as Google
<\/div>
Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Data Studio.
<\/div>
\u2022 Lead, mentor, and grow the internal creative team while managing relationships with
<\/div>
external agencies and freelancers.
<\/div>
\u2022 Oversee the development and management of quarterly and annual marketing
<\/div>
calendars, content plans, and impact campaigns.
<\/div>
\u2022 Collaborate closely with the Sales, Partnerships, and Program Implementation teams to
<\/div>
ensure alignment and achieve organizational goals.
<\/div>

Key Skills and Experience
<\/div>
\u2022 6\u20138 years of experience in marketing, preferably within EdTech, impact\-driven startups,
<\/div>
CSR, or the NGO sector.
<\/div>
\u2022 Proven track record in digital marketing, brand building, and content campaign
<\/div>
management.
<\/div>
\u2022 Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and analytics dashboards.
<\/div>
\u2022 Strong expertise in performance tracking, funnel optimization, and strategic content
<\/div>
planning.
<\/div>
\u2022 Excellent written and visual communication skills.
<\/div>
\u2022 Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and creative vendors.
<\/div>
Preferred Qualifications
<\/div>
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
<\/div>
\u2022 Experience working with or within CSR teams, foundations, or government education
<\/div>
programs.
<\/div>
\u2022 Familiarity with CSR reporting formats and impact storytelling is a strong advantage.
