Essential duties will include the following:

  • Partner with executive stakeholders, marketing leadership, and cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven insights that guide performance measurement, optimization, and decisions.
  • Act as the analytical translator for the department, capturing ambiguous business questions and scoping them into structured data requirements, clear KPIs, and functional project blueprints.
  • Map and monitor end-to-end customer conversion processes and operational workflows across MarTech platforms and databases to identify performance trends.
  • Define the functional logic and system relationships for how customer interactions in frontend platforms connect downstream into CRMs and reporting environments.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis across weekly, monthly, and ad hoc cadences, including campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze full‑funnel marketing performance to identify trends, optimize conversion and engagement, and improve channel efficiency.
  • Design and maintain best‑in‑class dashboards using Looker Studio (Data Studio), Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to provide clear and actionable performance visibility.
  • Develop, refine, and govern key audience segments for targeting and personalization by evaluating data relationships between behavioral, CRM, and campaign profiles.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and adherence to benchmarks and industry best practices while promoting a test‑and‑learn culture through experimentation and mentorship across the marketing team.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) years Progressive experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, operations analysis, or as a hands-on business process user optimizing customer/user conversion journeys.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B/B2C financial services environments is highly valued.
  • Strong conceptual grasp of relational data models and experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to measure, analyze, and map processes across integrated channels and workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency building dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio (Data Studio), Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI tools to discover trends and synthesize insights.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and system logic into clear user stories and executive presentations that inform strategy and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, data management, governance, and system integration best practices.
  • Solutions‑oriented mindset with a curiosity for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success collaborating across cross‑functional teams and presenting strategic, value-focused insights to stakeholders.
