As a Marketing Intern at Atlys, you'll work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns, content, and brand initiatives to life. From coordinating marketing activities to creating engaging content and supporting day-to-day execution, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of marketing.
This is an onsite role in Delhi with a 5-day work week, ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
The Job
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Create and coordinate content for social media, blogs, emailers, and other marketing assets.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the team with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Help maintain and organize marketing calendars, assets, and documentation.
Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
Support day-to-day marketing operations and other ad hoc projects as required.
Stay updated on industry trends, social media, and consumer insights.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 0–6 months of internship or work experience in marketing, content, branding, social media, or related fields.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think of engaging ideas and campaigns.
Learning Attitude: Curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Tech Comfort: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, or basic marketing tools is a plus.
Flexibility: Comfortable working onsite, 5 days a week, from our Delhi office.
Team Player: Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and taking ownership of assigned projects.
