Marketing Intern - Event Management

SalesCaptain is looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Intern with a passion for event planning, coordination, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience managing high-impact events while supporting a fast-growing international team.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, community meetups, and internal company activities.
  • Assist with event logistics.
  • Prepare and organize event materials (presentations, agendas, promotional content).
  • Work with the marketing team to promote events across social media, email, and partner channels.
  • Help manage post-event processes: attendee feedback collection, reporting, and follow-up communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and HR to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Conduct research on event trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in marketing and event management.
  • Excellent communication in Enlgish, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative problem-solver who can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Eventbrite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus (not required).
  • Prior experience with event organizing (ex. Student conferences) will be a strong plus.
