Marketing Intern (Starting in Jun 2026)

Job Description

  • Understand how brand and tactical marketing campaigns are planned, executed and tracked to promote RISIS jewellery and lifestyle products to drive business results.
  • Support and coordinate internally in preparation of new products arrival for photography and creation of creative assets such as Instagram Reels and Videos.
  • Support some copywriting for campaigns and product descriptions for in-store and website.
  • Profile target customers and market segments for marketing campaigns (online and offline) and tracking conversions and post-Campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate and manage external creative agencies to monitor implementation of marketing campaigns timely and ensure project deliverables are cohesive and in line with brand direction.
  • Support coordination and preparation to eCommerce Campaign management to Singapore and targeted overseas markets including USA, Europe and Japan, including Google Analytics (META Ads)Performance Tracking management and budgeting.
  • Work with E-Commerce vendor in the website refresh project to ensure timelines and content management are timely.
  • Support the integration process of a CRM system including basic database management and profiling based on Recency, Frequency and Monetary (RFM) model.
  • Propose year-long Retention strategy to build brand loyalty withing given budget.
  • Assist in drafting press releases with news worthy angles for new Collection launches or major events to garner media publicity.
  • Work with internal Product team to prepare quarterly Product Training slides to brief retail team for Campaign and Promotion launches to ensure flawless execution at store-front and one Commerce.
  • Assist to co-develop monthly content strategy for social media platforms with appointed social media agency.
  • Source and manage influencers by campaign and maintain long-term positive working relationships to secure support.
  • Support media and PR activities to amplify editorial exposure for key Collection launches or key festivities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis, contributing ideas to new potential collaborations.
  • Work with various Malls to proactively disseminate Campaign launch information and creative assets to amplify exposure to drive footfall and sales to various boutiques.
  • Support Visual Merchandiser in event or corporate roadshow set-ups and jewellery/display props preparation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Degree or Diploma in Business (Marketing)
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • A hands-on, resourceful, result-oriented, and analytical thinker
  • Excellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Able to commit at least 3 months
