Marketing Lead - LATAM

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to oversee and scale performance marketing initiatives across LATAM markets. This role is focused on accelerating sustainable growth through data-driven acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and has a strong understanding of regional market behavior, digital marketing trends, and customer lifecycle optimization. Responsibilities ·      Manage and optimize multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across paid social, PPC/search, affiliate networks, influencer collaborations, display/programmatic advertising, and other digital traffic sources ·      Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance indicators including CAC, CPA, ROAS, FTDs, retention, conversion rates, churn, and customer lifetime value (LTV) ·      Identify emerging growth opportunities, audience segments, and high-potential markets throughout the LATAM region ·      Collaborate closely with CRM, product, creative, content, design, and affiliate teams to improve funnel efficiency and maximize user engagement ·      Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, ad creatives, messaging, funnels, and promotional campaigns to drive stronger conversion performance ·      Use analytics, attribution modeling, and customer behavior insights to make agile optimization decisions and improve campaign profitability ·      Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend and scaling of high-performing campaigns ·      Conduct competitor analysis and stay current on industry developments, digital marketing trends, and regional regulatory updates ·      Support the creation of localized marketing strategies tailored to specific LATAM countries, audiences, and cultural nuances ·      Ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all acquisition and retention channels ·      Work with reporting dashboards and marketing automation tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and support strategic decision-making Experience ·      5 + years proven experience in performance marketing, digital growth marketing, or user acquisition roles ·      Strong understanding of paid media strategy, conversion optimization, and customer retention marketing ·      Experience within iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or related high-growth digital industries is highly preferred ·      Deep knowledge of LATAM consumer behavior, digital ecosystems, media buying channels, and regional market trends ·      Experience managing full campaign lifecycles ·      Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns with measurable ROI and profitability targets ·      Hands-on experience with analytics platforms, attribution tools, tracking systems, and campaign reporting dashboards ·      Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM principles, paid social advertising, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and funnel optimization ·      Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing strategies ·      Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment with a test-and-learn mindset ·      Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities ·      Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency is considered an advantage
