Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies for our beauty and skincare brand. The role focuses on brand growth, campaign planning, and increasing market awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for beauty and skincare products

• Plan and manage brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches

• Work with influencers and KOLs to increase brand exposure

• Coordinate with sales and retail teams to drive store traffic

• Manage social media and marketing content

• Analyze campaign performance and improve results

Requirements

• 5 years marketing supervisory experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics

• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends

• Experience in brand campaigns and influencer marketing
