Marketing Manager, Campaigns
* Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product launches, demand generation, and customer growth initiatives.
* Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and timelines with Product Marketing and Customer Growth teams.
* Maintain campaign calendars and ensure programs launch smoothly.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
* Recommend improvements to campaign tactics and targeting.
* Run experiments and tests to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
* Leverage AI tools to increase marketing productivity, improve campaign execution, and accelerate learning.
* Contribute insights and learnings that help the marketing team scale AI-enabled marketing practices.
Experience
* 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution within a technology or SaaS company.
* Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid media, webinars, and digital programs.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong.
* Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience marketing to associations, membership organizations, or nonprofit organizations.
* Experience supporting product launches or lifecycle marketing programs.
* Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing workflows.
