Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Founded in 2003, Group-IB is a global cybersecurity company specializing in the prevention and investigation of digital crime. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and commercial growth by planning and executing high-impact regional marketing initiatives focused on the Central Asia market. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and wants to directly influence how the company connects with its audiences and strengthens its market presence.

YOUR MISSION

Event Marketing

  • Plan, organize, and execute Group-IB’s participation in key industry events, including conferences, webinars, roadshows, and C-level executive gatherings.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery, including logistics, branding, and lead generation.

Channel & Partner Marketing

  • Drive engagement with channel partners, resellers, and distributors through co-branded marketing campaigns and partner enablement programs.

  • Launch targeted campaigns to strengthen relationships and increase partner-driven opportunities.

Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Develop and own the regional website content strategy, including localization of Group-IB's English-language assets into Russian and the creation of CIS-specific content (blogs, threat actor profiles, case studies, landing pages).

  • Create thought leadership campaigns, case studies, webinars, and multimedia assets that highlight Group-IB’s cybersecurity expertise and success stories.

Email Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Design and deploy email marketing campaigns that generate awareness, nurture leads, and support regional sales teams.

  • Launch campaigns and optimize their performance to maximize engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Develop and execute personalized ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts in sectors such as BFSI, telecom, e-commerce, and government.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive pipeline growth and C-level engagement (strategic list identification, activation programs to reach out to them).

  • Experience with platforms such as 6sense is a strong advantage.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, including campaign effectiveness, MQLs/SQLs, and ROI.

  • Use insights to present results to stakeholders and refine strategy to improve future campaign outcomes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS industries.

  • Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing workflows and hands-on experience using AI tools to improve content production, analytics, personalization, campaign execution, and operational efficiency.

  • Proficiency in project/event execution, digital marketing, and content development.

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), social platforms (especially LinkedIn and Telegram), and ABM strategies (experience with 6sense is a plus).

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

  • English proficiency: minimum B2 level.

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities are a plus.
