Marketing Manager
Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company’s revenue and growth targets business.
- Identify new business opportunities, projects, and potential clients within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions related to projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and provide management with insights for strategic decision-making.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company objectives.
- Coordinate with project and operation teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote company services.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales & marketing experience .
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
