Marketing Manager

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company’s revenue and growth targets business.
  • Identify new business opportunities, projects, and potential clients within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tender submissions related to projects.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and provide management with insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with project and operation teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote company services.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development for management review.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales & marketing experience .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
