Marketing Manager (LATAM-focused)

You will own LATAM market activations end to end including events and PR You will build local partnerships and co marketing You will back country managers across LATAM You will localize messaging for LATAM You will run hands on demand generation for Mexico and own the monthly signup and pipeline targets You will leverage AI to draft and localize copy spin up campaigns synthesize market intelligence and scale follow up You will feed insights back into global product marketing PR and strategy

Responsibilities

  • Own LATAM market activations end to end including events and PR.
  • Build local partnerships and co marketing.
  • Back country managers across LATAM.
  • Localize messaging for LATAM.

  • Leverage AI to draft and localize copy, spin up campaigns, synthesize market intelligence, and scale follow up.
  • Feed insights back into global product marketing PR and strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in B2B marketing with meaningful time in fintech or payments (card issuing cross border payments PSPs banking infrastructure) Crypto and stablecoin fluency is a strong plus.
