Marketing Manager - Mobile Robotics

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 7 to\n10 years of B2B experience to own end\-to\-end marketing execution across brand\nawareness, demand generation, events, content, digital, and sales enablement.\nThis is a hands\-on role for someone who is structured, dependable, and\noutcome\-oriented able to take strategic direction and convert it into\ndisciplined weekly and monthly action.<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute the annual marketing plan across events,\ndigital, content, social media, partner marketing, and demand generation; track\nbudget utilization and report on outcomes<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and\nindustry events end to end booth, collateral, logistics, lead capture, and\npost\-event follow\-up<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Run lead generation campaigns across events,\ndigital ads, email, ABM, and partner channels; coordinate with sales for lead\nnurturing and pipeline tracking. <\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Focus on achieving marketing inbound,\nmulti\-channel, lead generation targets for the year. Work closely with sales\nand partner organizations to ensure accurate tracking and conversions. <\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage the website transition, and subsequent\nupdates, landing pages, and SEO execution in coordination with vendors and\nagencies<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Own LinkedIn and other relevant B2B social media\nchannels for the ANSCER Robotics brand; execute monthly content calendar and\ntrack performance<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate creation of case studies, sales\npresentations, brochures, videos, and all marketing and sales collateral<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute PR activities and ensure all external\ncommunications follow internal approval processes<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support partner marketing: MDFs, co\-marketing\nactivities, partner communications, and partner portal<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage agencies and vendors with clear briefs,\ntimelines, and cost trackers<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain weekly and monthly performance\ndashboards covering leads, reach, website metrics, event ROI, and budget\nutilization<\/span> \u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage junior team members, interns, and\ncross\-functional coordination with sales, product, technical, and finance teams<\/span> \u2022<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>7 to 10 years of B2B marketing experience,\npreferably in industrial equipment, automation, manufacturing, or engineering\nsectors<\/span><\/span> \u2022<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven track record executing marketing plans\nacross events, digital, content, and lead generation<\/span><\/span> \u2022<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong experience with both offline and online\nlead generation in B2B environments<\/span><\/span> \u2022<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors,\nand stakeholders simultaneously<\/span><\/span> \u2022<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, trackers,\nand reporting formats<\/span><\/span> \u2022<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with CRM, SEO, LinkedIn campaigns,\nemail marketing, ABM, and website CMS tools is an advantage<\/span><\/span> \u2022<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Some people management experience including\nexecutives and interns<\/span><\/span> The right person for this role brings structure\nto execution, takes ownership without being chased, and communicates\nproactively with leadership, sales, and agencies.
