Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Identifying, establishing and managing corporate partnerships
- Setting and keeping to marketing and sales targets by forecasting marketing work for the Group, preparing sales & marketing operating budgets, scheduling expenditure and analysing variances and initiating corrective action, with market development and increased penetration in mind
- Designing, conceptualizing and managing digital communication and graphics e.g. banner, external e-newsletters, social media campaign, sign-up forms, desktop wallpaper and screensaver and videos
- Managing open days with corporate partners including designing and conceptualizing digital and print invites, feedback forms, name tags, lanyards, attendance certificates, event T-shirts, name badges, paper bags, folders, corporate giveaways, conference brochures, stage backdrop, roll-up banners, digital banner and other event structures
- Managing in-clinic marketing, storefront façade, interior displays in-line with building management rules and advertising guidelines
- Leading on all public relations work to promote the Group using various media channels
- Shaping the Group’s corporate branding
- Managing in-house communications e.g. company newsletter
- Managing the marketing team (including the website designer and the videographer) and
- Other duties as assigned to you by Management including participating in feasibility study of new business opening.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing preferably.
- Possess strong IT background/knowledge.
- Proficient with Photoshop, Wordpress, Google Adwords, Social Platform, Marketing, Graphic Designing
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in supervisory/managerial role (preferably in the health industry) and strong leadership skills.
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Strong creative outlook.
- Ability to multi-task simultaneously and to work under pressure.
