Marketing Manager (RaF)

• The Sr. Manager/Manager Contractor will be a core member of the Digital Acquisition Integrated Marketing team.

• This role is a unique opportunity to gain insight , influence and be a core contributor to the incremental growth of OPEN.

• The person in this role will own and define the end to end strategy and execution for the Acquisition Refer a Friend (RaF).

• Refer a Friend is a holistic program that creates a new channel for demand generation and customer acquisition.

• This role involves close collaboration with many groups including Customer Marketing, Acquisition, Technologies, Compliance and external vendors and agencies.

• This role will manage the referral platform and marketing capability that can be leveraged across channels by marketing managers as both a loyalty and acquisition program.

• Own the strategy, planning and execution of the RaF program, which is a key enabler of OPEN’s marketing priorities.

• Define the strategy and approach for program test and learn and rollout

• Develop the roadmap for the program, adding capabilities that deliver richer content, improved customer experience and deepen engagement.

• Develop measurement capabilities of both the overall program experience as well as channel level to ensure the impact is captured, monitored and increased over time.

• Maintain a strong focus on customer needs and insights to deliver relevant and engaging experiences.


Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably digital marketing and connecting offline and online channels

• Proven track record of driving initiatives from ideation to execution

• Knowledge of digital marketing and capabilities best practices

• Be the voice and advocate for the customer by leveraging data and customer insights to drive the road map

• Proven self starter who can navigate through ambiguity and facilitate decision making

• Strong communication and project management skills; ability to influence key decision-makers

• Ability to communicate effectively with partners and senior leadership, one-on-one and in formal presentations

• Energy, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and passion for our customers

• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment

• Prior direct marketing experience and a working knowledge of AXP marketing processes a plus

• This role is new, and is for a new initiative the Refer a Friend program

• Looking for a strong Project Manager with Marketing experience as well as technical experience

• Role will be a balance between strategy/road map, defining process, working with IT teams for digital capabilities.

• Creating test plans all the way through execution of this program.

• Ideal candidate will be a self starter, have a proven track record of working with white space and the ability to work in a fast pace environment
