Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Tetra Pak is looking for a Marketing Manager who drives sustainable, profitable growth across 3 businesses(Packaging, Processing and Services) by bringing value chain expertise, capturing customer needs, building compelling value propositions for our solutions.
You will also defines business opportunities for market / customer, based on consolidating and analyzing broad setof market data locally and globally, be responsible for delivering an integrated customer marketing approach including products and services deployment plan with assigned customers, lead, plan and execute the deployment plan through key account teams, working closely with relevant local and global market/functions,utilizing relevant marketing services and promotional budgets. You will ensure voice of market to Global teams.
The successful candidate will be based in Seoul, Korea.

What you will do

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Strong contributor to the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories.
  • Leading in defining, developing and delivering customer marketing initiatives marketing initiatives aligned with the growth strategy in close collaboration with KAM teams. Significant customer interaction, acting as a partner for the assigned customers, communicating daily and making presentations and proposals to grow their business.
  • Deliver marketing services for assigned customers drawing materials and methodologies from Central organisation.Analise market data, changing insights to opportunities according to each assigned customer needs. Defining value propositions of products depending on the audience, creating a compelling story and presenting to customers.
  • Provide input to new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories.
  • Provide input to future intelligence requirements for market and liaise with business intelligence team supporting research projects as needed. Analyze and use research data with customers. Provide input to application of market and business intelligence to market company opportunities.
  • Manage Promotional Investment and programs for assigned customers.

We believe you have

  • Min 15 years of Marketing Experience in a B2B or FMCG company.
  • Having multi-cultural exposure is a plus, preferably as a marketing manager / leader for relevant market for aglobal organisation.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good communication skills working across different functions internally, and within customer organisations
