Marketing Manager

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our ever evolving EMEA Marketing team and help shape the future of global commerce.
You’ll create campaigns that drive revenue, influence deal progression and strengthen market position. You will own demand generation strategy, shape how we engage clients locally and deliver outcomes that directly impact pipeline growth.
What you’ll own
- You will drive growth across Spain and Italy, creating demand, accelerating pipeline and building brand presence in two high-opportunity markets.
- Working closely with Business Development teams, you will turn marketing strategy into measurable commercial impact, connecting Global Payments with the right clients at the right time.
- Drive pipeline growth by designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads across Spain and Italy
- Create demand generation strategies that deliver measurable impact, accelerating pipeline and supporting revenue growth
- Influence deal progression by partnering with Business Development teams to deliver targeted campaigns and account-based initiatives
- Build strong market presence through local programs including events, thought leadership and PR activity
- Shape client engagement by developing compelling, market-relevant content that positions Global Payments as a leader in payments
- Identify market trends and opportunities to refine strategies and unlock new areas of growth
What you’ll bring
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within payments, fintech or financial services
- Proven track record in demand generation, lead generation and pipeline development
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian and English, with strong communication skills
- Experience partnering with sales or Business Development teams to drive commercial outcomes
- Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, events and partnerships
- Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking performance and optimizing campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and markets
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
- Knowledge of the payments or fintech landscape in Spain and Italy
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo
- Experience managing agencies and external partners

Global Payments is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is €42,700 to €58,000. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is €42,700.00 - €66,200.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Employment will be governed by the CCL Commercio national collective bargaining agreement. The expected job classification level for this role is Quadro and the current minimum base salary to be paid in 14 installments for that grade in the national collective bargaining agreement is €2984.22.
